Yes, you have a few options, firstly you can purchase any 30 minues of the day you choose for your ad to play exclusively on the display, secondly, we have a full display daily rental fee, either on the existing display site or taken to a location of your choice. See our pricing for details. If you want more ad plays you can also choose the boosted pricing option, and you can combine multiple of these options for even more ad exposure, just book each one as a separate subscription or choose the custom option and we'll work to build a great custom campaign for you.
Most ads play for 30 seconds in a playlist with other client ads, even at peak capacity, your ad plays more than 108 times a day in our 16 to 24 hours of operation. If you are a boosted or exclusive ad customer your ads play more often, as much as your package and content length allows.
Some locations hosting our displays do have conditions on what ads will play at their sites, such as adult products, lewd or violent imagery, and some locations also have non-compete conditions, therefore some malls with a shoe store won't allow non-tenant shoe sales ads.
Displays are laid out in portrait format, 9x16 format or 1080p wide x1920p height (think Instagram story size), *.jpg or *.png still image format, .mp4 or .avi video format, video sound is playable in some locations, and length should be 15 seconds to 30 seconds only. Clarity can develop a basic video or animated ad for you for a small fee, we encourage our clients to keep their brand/logo, main message and contact info on screen for the full ad time and all other content can be active or animated to convey the message or attract attention. Ad content is usually submitted by email after booking a subscription, and we need 2 working days’ notice before loading your ads on displays either initially or when changes are requested, and changes are always free.
When you submit the subscription form, we will contact you to gather all the requirements to get your ads deployed. We will set up the first monthly payment preferably via bank transfer or other payment. For multiple months you will pay one-third upfront and the rest is billed monthly based on the chosen duration. Then we will get your ad content and plan any custom requirements to get it on the displays of your choice by the date requested. When your subscription ends, you can renew the same or different period using the same form. If you want to choose multiple products you have to do so with separate form submissions or choose the custom option and we'll get in contact quickly to build a great campaign for you.
